What Happens in One of My Women’s Circles?
If you’ve never been to a women’s circle before, it’s natural to wonder what actually happens.
My circles are designed to be relaxed, welcoming, and pressure-free.
Here’s what you can expect.
A gentle start
We begin with a simple check-in so everyone can arrive and settle. You’re invited to share how you’re feeling, but there’s no obligation to speak.
Easy connection
There’s time for casual conversation and connection. This isn’t therapy or group sharing, it’s more like sitting together and talking in a way that feels natural, human, and supportive.
Simple, theme-based activities
Each circle has a theme, often related to the season’s energies, explored through gentle activities such as:
A guided visualisation
simple crafts
quiet creative time
You don’t need to be “creative,” and there’s no right or wrong way to take part. These activities are simply a way to slow down and stay present.
Optional rituals or ceremonies
Some of my circles include a simple ritual or ceremony connected to the theme. These are straightforward practices designed to feel grounding and inclusive. You’re always free to take part in whatever way feels right for you.
What you don’t need to worry about
You don’t need to:
share personal stories or speak if you don’t want to
have any prior experience with circles, meditation, or ritual
be artistic or “good” at the activities
dress a certain way or bring anything special
know anyone else in the room
Is this for me?
This circle may be for you if:
you’re feeling busy, stretched, or a bit disconnected
you’d like some time out without pressure to talk or perform
you enjoy gentle, creative, or reflective activities
you’re curious about connecting with other women in a low-key way
you’d like to work with the energies of the season.
You’d like to be part of a safe, welcoming and supportive community.
It may not be for you if:
you’re looking for group therapy or deep emotional processing
you prefer highly structured workshops or teaching-based sessions
Many women come feeling unsure and leave surprised by how comfortable and natural it feels.
How people usually feel afterwards
The intention of the circle is to create a space where you can pause, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself and others.
Most first-time participants leave feeling calmer, more settled, and pleasantly surprised by how easy and comfortable it felt. They often feel like this was the piece that was missing in their lives.
