Feel Like Yourself Again
The Free Six-Area Life Review
You have been waiting for things to calm down. Some of them have, and you still do not feel like yourself. There is nothing wrong with you. Somewhere along the way you drifted, one commitment at a time, and drift can be mapped.

How drift happens
You cancel meeting your girlfriends because your child suddenly announces they need a lift to the cinema. You finally get an hour to yourself and realise you're unsure where to start, because it's been so long since you had one. Before you know it, you've lost the way back to yourself.

Why these six areas
Home life.
Friendships and sisterhood.
Spirituality.
Work.
Rest and self care.
Play.

These are the areas that come up most often in my coaching. Rest and self care are nearly always the lowest, because women are so good at serving everyone else first.
Play is the one that surprises people. It often starts with a high score. Then we talk it through, and she realises that most of her play is for other people's benefit, or that she is the one who has to arrange everything.
What happens on the call

Thirty minutes on Zoom, free. You tell me how each area is right now, in your own words. Then I tell you what I can see: where you still feel like yourself, where you have drifted furthest, and which area is worth your attention first.

There is no coaching on this call and nothing to prepare.
Afterwards I email you the wheel to fill in for yourself. You keep that picture whether you work with me or not.

"Thank you, this has been helpful. When I looked at the wheel it made it clear that I need to make some changes as I can't go on like this." SB

"I needed to stop taking on other people's burdens as my own. This has been a game changer for my stressful work life; I was ready to burn out. I am now looking after my mind, body and soul." ES

Who I am

I am Sally, a trauma informed somatic coach, accredited with the ACCPH and certified in Human Design through IGNITE Her®. For four years I have worked with women who have lost themselves in a busy life.
I was one of them, teaching almost full time, caring for my family, and running on empty for years before I stopped. I use the wheel myself. My own review showed me that rest and self care don't rate as highly as they should, and I'm taking steps to change that.

Is this a sales call?

No. It's a way of getting some perspective on your life, with the option to work with me if it resonates.
I keep eight spaces a month for these calls.

Not ready to talk to anyone yet?
Fill it in yourself. This is the same wheel I use on the call. Six rings, one for each area, coloured in to where you honestly are right now. Ten minutes at your kitchen table and you will see the shape of it.

I will send you the wheel and the occasional note. Unsubscribe whenever you like.
