The soul map method
My Soul Map Method guides women through somatic healing, self-discovery through Human Design, and deep sisterhood.
The framework has three parts:
Embody: release what the body holds.
Awaken: discover your design and learn to trust your own inner compass.
Belong: find your place among women walking the same path.
Come home to your body.
A 1:1 somatic coaching programme supporting mind-body healing, trauma release and emotional regulation - working with the way you're built, at the pace your body sets.
Learn to hear and trust your own inner knowing. Through spiritual development courses, guided meditation and Human Design readings, you'll deepen your intuition and discover how you're uniquely built to decide - with psychic readings available for added clarity and insight.

I'm Sally and I'm here to guide women to reconnect with their body, awaken their intuition, and be held and seen in real community.
I'm deeply passionate about giving women the tools they need to come back to themselves - whether that's through somatic coaching, Human Design, spiritual work, or in-person at an event. I'm here to share this work with you so you can come home to yourself, and remember the magic that's always been within.
